Clues for Your Hike
- Start your adventure on the sidewalk along St. Louis Street, facing the red brick path and tall brick pillars.
- Walk through the brick pillars on your left. Stay to the left and follow the sidewalk downhill into Hufnagle Park, heading toward the outdoor stage (also called an amphitheater).
- Keep following the sidewalk and walk slightly uphill through the opening in the stone wall.
- Stay to the left and follow the sidewalk over the bridge that crosses Bull Run stream.
- After the bridge, turn left onto the sidewalk at 6th Street.
- When you reach St. Louis Street, use the crosswalk to carefully cross the street.
- Turn left and walk toward the playground, crossing Bull Run stream again.
- Walk past the playground on your right.
- Turn right when you see the green and white sign that says: “Boro of Lewisburg Kidsburg Stream Restoration and Nature Playground.”
- The railroad tracks will be on your left, and the playground will now be on your right.
- Turn left at the intersection and walk toward the Kidsburg Nature Playground. Look to your right - you’ll find the post nearby.
- Walk back through the playground and return to the red brick pillars where you started.
